Position Overview

Ensure predictable project delivery and quality by aligning business, customers, and technical teams, working closely with developers and overseeing key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze processes;

• Produce and update EF documentation during the first delivery process, when the project has not yet transitioned to the support phase;

• Lead agile ceremonies (Planning, Retrospective, Review, and Daily);

• Monitor and support developers throughout the development process;

• Conduct status reports with customers;

• Ensure a smooth phase-out from Delivery to Sustain;

• Conduct internal project acceptance testing;

• Create and update delivery schedules;

• Be responsible for capacity planning and delivery planning;

• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports;

• Manage and report the squad's monthly KPIs.

Requirements

Are you a pro at the requirements below? Then this position is for you!

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields;

• Experience implementing and managing Web applications and/or Low-Code Platforms;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Project Management (PMI);

• Technical understanding of programming languages, databases, APIs, and system architecture;

• Experience providing technical leadership to development teams.

The following skills are not mandatory, but having them will make us an even better match!

• Experience managing RPA development projects;

• Certifications in agile methodologies, project management, or RPA tools;

• Intermediate English proficiency;

• Experience working with multidisciplinary and remote teams.
