Position Overview
Ensure predictable delivery and reliable production support for robots and projects, with clear KPIs, customer visibility, and fast incident response (bug vs. change), ensuring that automation solutions continue to operate reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and GP/PM teams, ensuring performance, rituals, and alignment;
Own the delivery process, including planning, prioritization, capacity, deadlines, quality, risks, and dependencies;
Define and manage KPI governance across delivery, quality, operations, and customer health;
Manage post-delivery activities, including handover, warranty, stability, and continuous improvement;
Lead the Run/Support team responsible for robots in production;
Ensure that automations remain operational through routine monitoring, SLA management, and follow-up;
Monitor and report production KPIs, including processed volume, success/failure rate, average processing time, availability, queue size, and exceptions;
Act when an automation stops running by performing triage and diagnosis, classifying issues as bugs vs. changes, and managing requests with the Development/GP teams;
Interact with customers to present status, root cause, action plans, and timelines, supported by measurable data;
Implement and maintain playbooks covering incidents, RCA, rollback, changes, maintenance windows, and communication;
Manage the customer portfolio by monitoring churn risk, recurring tickets, root causes, and recovery plans with customers;
Structure dashboards and executive reports for customers and management on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements

Experience leading Engineering/Development and GP/PM teams;
Strong experience with post-go-live operations, including production environments, incidents, SLAs, support, and operational routines;
Strong understanding of metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, and production/stability indicators;
Clear and objective communication with customers and stakeholders, with the ability to manage expectations and renegotiate scope and deadlines;
Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence (or similar), basic BI tools (Sheets/Power BI/Looker), and basic knowledge of logs and monitoring.
The following skills are not mandatory, but having them will make us an even better match!
Experience with RPA/Automation and robots running in production;
Experience with data-driven Customer Health management (NPS/CSAT, risk, adoption, churn);
Experience structuring operational routines using runbooks and streamlined change management processes.
